Welcome to Time.
Training in Mentoring Excellence working with Children and Adults.

Here at TIME, we work therapeutically with adults, children and families. We work with individuals, groups, organisations and schools.
Our focus is on encouraging people to understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, both personally and professionally. Understanding these differences will enable people to form and maintain sustainable healthy relationships within both their personal and professional lives.
To do this we utilise a range of therapeutic mentoring techniques to create and facilitate a range of bespoke training packages to meet your individual, group, school or organisational needs.
We also offer 1:1 mentoring sessions to suit the individual’s requirements.

Previous packages have included:
- Facilitating and mentoring primary aged school children to understand and form healthy friendships
- Facilitating and mentoring secondary school aged children to understand the differences between healthy and unhealthy expectations in relationships
(Both of the above have been delivered within school settings in both small groups and to whole classes)
- Family Work – Using mentoring to support parents and families experiencing adolescent or child to Parent Violence and Abuse (APVA/CPVA)
- Work with an organisation to implement and oversee a mentoring service, whereby volunteers and ex-service users can gain the skills and qualities needed to mentor and support those affected by trauma, domestic abuse and drug and alcohol misuse.
- Work with an organisation to implement a staff mentoring scheme.
- 1:1 Mentoring to university students
